Who are we?

Founded in 1957, Grupo Consist, SA is a family business dedicated to the manufacture of both paper and plastic flexible packaging. Our products are represented in Hungary since 2006.

6 decades beside to our customers in the evolution of their packaging, and a recognized financial strength , allow Grupo Consist, SA to offer
to our customers a wide range of solutions to pack and protect their products, always with quality, reliability and agility.

Nowadays, we are sending our products to more than 35 countries, over 5 continents.

OUR “HISTORY”

1957 Mr Ramon Llurba, father of the current owner Mr Joan Llurba, founded the company Grupo Consist, SA, dedicated to industrial paper sacks manufacturing.

1979 Grupo Consist, SA started to extrude its own polyethylene films (free-films) for its cement bags production. During the same year, the Company started to manufacture polyethylene bags (domestic plastic bags).

1984 Extending the offer of paper packaging with the first SOS bags manufacturing.

2006 Start of complex films production (paper / plastic and plastic / plastic). This year has begun the sales operation in Hungary.

2013 Launch of two new product lines:

– Embossed polyethylene reels and bags,
– SGBS bags
